Welcome

I am an attorney, specializing in real estate matters, and serving the Colorado real estate community.  I am currently located in Durango, but lived and worked on the Front Range for many years, and serve clients all across this beautiful state.

My real estate background is diverse.  I am a 1988 graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. and a 1994 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law.  I began my career in historic preservation and have assumed many roles in my career, including attorney and advocate, urban developer, realtor, buyer, seller, builder, landlord, estimator, general contractor, mediator, and negotiator.
