planning and smart growth

We like it the way it is (or was), but the bottom line is that people are coming to live in Colorado- often with money to spend on our very finite supply of housing, raising the cost of housing here to practically unreachable levels. 

So we must manage the growth and development of our beautiful state.  We are here for the natural resources, the beauty of Colorado, and all it has to offer.  We cannot compromise our environment, our viewsheds, or our fragile resources.  (I am an avid mountain sportsman too...)

That being said, we must plan and prepare for growth in Colorado- because they are coming…

I will help you through the development application process.  I will help prepare and present your residential or commercial mixed-use applications and will help you navigate through zoning issues, annexation, building departments, planning commissions, city councils, or whatever may be required locally. 

(I am also particularly interested in developing affordable housing for the working people of Colorado, Durango and LaPlata County in particular, and I have been working, pro bono, since 2006 to help make that happen- stay tuned…)
